Industrial lighting determines how surfaces, edges, and defects appear to a vision system. Different lighting geometries and color configurations can enhance contrast, manage reflections, and reveal features that are difficult to distinguish under uncontrolled lighting conditions.
 

LM3’s lighting options include ring lights, bar lights, spotlights, diffuse illumination, and RGBW configurations. These technologies support inspection across reflective, textured, and contoured components, while synchronized illumination and controlled imaging environments help maintain consistent visibility throughout production.
