PAQi LayerCheck ensures quality at every layer of an assembly — from fasteners to seals to surface materials. Using a single overhead camera and QC Hero’s multi-object detection, LayerCheck identifies missing, misplaced, or defective components during each phase of sub-assembly. The system can sequence inspections, lock out further assembly if errors are found, and integrate with robotic and PLC systems to prevent flawed builds from progressing.
